I try to write honest and fair reviews but I'm finding it hard to find anything nice to say here. This plant arrived in soggy soil, most of the leaves have fallen off and the stem was browning. I contacted Cellar Door hoping there could be a resolution and was told that it just had a tough time in shipping and to give it two weeks. It has only been a few days and this plant is not going to make it. I've ordered over 10 plants easy from Cellar Door and this is the worst shape I have ever had a plant arrive in and for them to not do anything to help me or send a healthy plant is honestly very disappointing. I was excited for this plant it could have been a beauty but I think someone over watered it for its trip, and that coupled with the heat of the journey, it's rotting. I can try and save it but I shouldn't have to I should receive a healthy plant and I didnt.

Package came in great condition and the plant looks great. Already have some new baby leaves growing. Perfect addition to my plant family.
