My first zz plant arrived soggy and dead, I’m assuming because it was in transit during a snow storm. I reached out, sent pics and they were so nice about it! They refunded my money AND sent me a new zz plant! I didn’t even ask for a refund, just wanted a new one in it’s place. They went above and beyond to make me happy. This is also another beauty that I'm trying to figure out where to place it to keep it staying lovely. This one I also repot it but I did leave the stick it came with. All the plant come with it, and definitely helps making it to our homes safe! This one is another one I was worried about because postman was careless and did not read sign on box, and just threw it and on the wrong side too. But thankfully, I think it made it.

This was included in my “no sweat bundle”. I received it with some yellow leaves. I emailed cellar door plant about it, they sent me a replacement and still I kept the one in the picture. Now the one with yellow leaves seems adjusted to the new home…. And looks healthy. So happy with cellar door

I'm a first time plant owner. I chose Cellar Door because they had so much information about everything plant related on their website and I felt like they would give me all the support I needed. Also because of the reviews. I started with one plant to see if I could keep it alive. It arrived in excellent condition. It's already growing and thriving. Cellar Door sent me emails on light, soil and water so I would have the knowledge to be successful. I'm getting ready to repot it. If all goes well, which I fully expect it to, I will definitely be ordering more plants from them. I already have 2 in mind. :)

I just moved in for college and I wanted to brighten up my apartment. I’ve taken care of my mom’s Zz’s before so I knew how easier they were to take care of. When it came it it was nicely packaged and not damage that I could see. It also had some new little sprouts already. It was a little thirsty to I gave it some water and left it alone to adjust. It’s been almost two weeks and it’s still nice and healthy.
