It arrived well packaged in the middle of winter. I was concerned because it shipped from FL on a Friday. Seems like something better shipped earlier in the week to minimize the amount of time it would be sitting someplace cold. Nonetheless it turned out alright and its doing great.

My Ficus came a bit 'cooked' because of a heat wave and slight delay in a package arrival (not in seller control). I got a great assistance from the shop, and offer to replace the plant. Fortunately, it was not necessary because my Ficus 'got up' and survived after some TLC . It only shows how great care plants get from shop owners. The plant survived because it was strong and well nourished when it left a shop. A bit of care let it get up. Now it looks nice and strong.

Cellar Door replaced this plant for me after I managed to kill the (perfectly healthy arriving) first plant. I’m not sure what happened exactly but maybe transportation shock? Shipping was fast but FedEx put the box in our mailbox and it was not facing the direction of the clearly marked label so the leaves were a bit wrinkled from being crunched on its side, but it should end up ok.
