Also the refund would take 7 to 10 business days, then offered a cute little free shipping coupon. The return of my money wasn't the issue--the poor management practice of marking orders shipped without confirmation of inventory is. The other things are set to arrive today and it is far less exciting because I don't know what's actually in the box. The excuse of being a small business doesn't wash because I'm a small business owner myself and I never mark ANY order filled or shipped until it's been double checked. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth because I received no less than 5 emails reminding me about my cart before I actually purchased it, yet I received NONE about a low stock of variegated Bonnies.

The Spider Plant prefers moist well-drained soil so test its moisture level with your finger before determining whether it's time or not.
