I was given the Pet Friendly Subscription for a birthday present last year. Let me tell you that every month I look forward to receiving it. I also live in the Pacific Northwest and was initially worried that during the winter, any plants shipped through the postal service would be dead/frozen when I received them. To date, I have not had one plant arrive dead and all are still alive and kicking! You can request that Cellar Plants add in a heat pack to keep your babies alive until they make it to you. As an educator, the past couple of years have been extremely difficult and anything that brings a little joy into the day is AWESOME! I love the variety of plants and the customer service has been impeccable.

I have enjoyed almost all of the plants I've been sent, sadly one died (pepperomia caperata), and one is struggling (ponytail palm) because my demon cat keeps chewing on the leaves. the others I've gotten have all done well and make me very happy

This is the second plant I’ve gotten from the Pet Friendly Subscription. I love how I don’t know what I’m going to get and so far they have been completely different! I have cats that chew on plants sometimes and also foster cats. It has been so hard going into stores and having to figure out what is pet friendly. I also appreciate the detailed care instructions on the website because I’ve struggled with plants in the past. So far I’ve kept both plants I’ve received alive! The packaging is great and safely, both just needed water when they arrived.

I love the plant but there wasn’t any info included about what the plant is...my last box had a card that told me the plants name and some care instructions! This time it was just the plant which is cool but it’d be nice to know what the plant actually is. Also the shipping was super late from when I payed but I am grateful regardless!

I am so so happy with this box! I got my first one a few days ago and I highly recommend! I have 3 dogs, 7 cats, and 5 ferrets so when I saw this subscription I knew it would be perfect! The plant came super well packed, it was healthy, not broken, and bigger than I thought it would be! For the price, the service, and the fact that I know I'm getting plants safe for my animals and have no need to worry about it hurting them, I could not be happier!
