I ordered several plants. They all arrived well packaged in the same shipment. This Parlor Palm was the only one with an issue. A small amount of white fuzzy mold near the soil. I was going to try to just treat it, but Cellar Door Plants reached out to check on my order and then offered a free replacement. Customer service was superb.
